Parental Permission Requirement
In accordance with AATA enrollment policies, parental or guardian consent is required for all high school students participating in our programs. please note that you will be ineligible for enrollment if we do not receive complete parent guardian information and authorization.

Certified Nursing Assistant Requirements
In order to qualify for the Certified Nursing Assistant program, you must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screening (including marijuana) & willing to get fully immunized & vaccinated (including COVID) before starting the program. Please check the boxes below confirming that you are able to complete the following:  




Certified Nursing Assistant Eligibility
You are currently NOT eligible to participate in the CNA program. You are still able to submit your response to qualify for other programs.
